Helping Hands Senior Care – Terms of Use
Effective Date: January 2026
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at https://helpinghandsseniorhomecaresvcs.com/, its subpages, and any forms, phone, text, email, or chat features we offer (together, the “Site” and “Services”). The Site and Services are operated by Helping Hands Senior Care (“Helping Hands Senior Care,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the Site or Services, or by submitting a form or otherwise indicating that you accept, you agree to these Terms and to the policies they reference, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.
Please read the Dispute Resolution section. It includes a binding individual arbitration agreement and a class action waiver that affect how disputes with us are resolved.
Additional terms. Some features may come with their own terms, which we will show you before you use them. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the feature-specific terms control for that feature.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. If you contact us on behalf of another person, such as a parent or spouse, you confirm that you have their permission or legal authority to share their information.
2. Our Services
Helping Hands Senior Care is a senior care marketing, information, and referral service. We help families learn about in-home care options and connect with independent, licensed home care agencies that participate in our network (“Partner Agencies”).
Based on the needs and preferences you share with us, we may give you information about Partner Agencies that serve your area and pass your contact information and care needs to those agencies so they can follow up with you. Our advisors may also speak with you by phone to understand your situation and answer general questions.
No cost to families. Our Services are free to families. Partner Agencies pay Helping Hands Senior Care fees . Because we are paid by Partner Agencies, we generally only refer families to agencies in our network.
We do not provide care. Helping Hands Senior Care is not a home care agency, home health agency, nursing provider, or employer of caregivers. We do not send caregivers into homes, and we do not provide personal care, companionship, medical, nursing, or hospice services. All care is provided by the Partner Agency you choose, under that agency’s own license and agreement with you.
Agencies outside our network.
3. Partner Agencies
Independent businesses. Each Partner Agency is an independent business. It is solely responsible for its own licensing, insurance, staffing, caregiver screening and training, services, pricing, and compliance with the law. Helping Hands Senior Care does not hire, supervise, manage, or direct any agency or its caregivers.
Responsibility for care. Each Partner Agency decides for itself whether to accept a client, what services it can provide, and how those services are delivered. Any agreement for care is solely between you and the agency you choose. Helping Hands Senior Care is not a party to that agreement.
Information about agencies. Descriptions, photos, rates, and other information about Partner Agencies on the Site come from the agencies or from public sources. We do not guarantee that this information is accurate, complete, or current. Please confirm all details, including licensing, directly with the agency.
Availability and pricing. Rates, availability, service areas, and eligibility are set solely by each Partner Agency and may change without notice.
4. No Endorsement, No Agency, and No Professional Advice
No endorsement. Helping Hands Senior Care does not recommend, endorse, or guarantee any Partner Agency or the quality of its care. The order in which agencies appear, and any list or match we provide, is based on the preferences you share, the information available to us, and in some cases an agency’s paid participation in our network. It is not a ranking of quality.
Not a placement agency or agent. We do not place anyone with an agency, perform care or medical assessments, or take part in decisions about hiring, admission, or the services you receive. We are not your agent or the agent of any Partner Agency, and we do not act on behalf of either.
Your choice. You are responsible for researching and choosing any agency. Before you sign an agreement, we encourage you to confirm the agency’s license with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission, ask about caregiver background checks and training, and review the agency’s contract and rates.
No professional advice. Information on the Site or from our advisors, including articles, cost estimates, and answers about Medicare, Medicaid, insurance, or Veterans benefits, is general information only. It is not medical, legal, financial, tax, or insurance advice. Please consult a qualified, licensed professional about your situation.
Emergencies. If someone is having a medical emergency or is in danger, call 911 immediately. Do not delay seeking care because of anything you read on the Site.
5. Privacy, Information Sharing, and Communications
Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information. Your use of the Site and Services is subject to it.
Sharing your information with agencies. By submitting a form or giving us information by phone, text, email, or chat, you authorize us to share that information, including the care needs you describe, with Partner Agencies so they can contact you about their services. This authorization lasts until you ask us to stop providing Services. We may continue to reference your information with an agency afterward for record-keeping and billing purposes.
Being contacted. You agree that Helping Hands Senior Care and the Partner Agencies we share your information with may contact you by phone, email, or mail about your inquiry.
Text messages and automated calls. We and Partner Agencies will send marketing texts or make automated or prerecorded marketing calls only with your separate, express written consent, such as by checking an unchecked box on our form. Consent is not required to use our Services. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. You confirm that you own or are authorized to use any phone number you give us.
Recorded calls and chats. Calls, texts, and chats with us may be recorded, monitored, or transcribed for quality, training, and compliance. We will tell you when a call is being recorded.

Names of Partner Agencies and other companies may be trademarks of their owners. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. To report copyright infringement, follow our DMCA / Copyright Policy.
Reviews and submissions. If you send us a review, comment, or other content, it is not confidential. You give us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free right to use, display, and edit it for length or clarity without changing its meaning. You confirm it is truthful and that you have the right to share it. We may decline or remove any submission. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results.
Photos. Some photos on the Site are stock images or use models and may not show actual families, caregivers, or agencies.
Third-party sites and offers. The Site may link to or promote third-party websites, products, or services, including Partner Agencies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that third party.

8. Legal Terms
Disclaimer. The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including that the Site’s content is accurate, complete, current, or free of errors or viruses. We are not liable for any care, services, or information provided by any Partner Agency or other third party.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Helping Hands Senior Care and its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or Services will not exceed the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us, if any. Some laws do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
Indemnification. You agree to hold us harmless from claims, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the Site or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of anyone else’s rights.
Termination and changes. We may suspend or end your access to the Site, or change or stop any part of the Services, at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new Effective Date. Continued use after that means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, except where federal law applies. Any dispute not subject to arbitration, or not brought in small claims court, will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
Dispute resolution, arbitration, and class action waiver. Except for small claims and intellectual property disputes, you and Helping Hands Senior Care agree to resolve disputes about the Site or Services through binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, administered by [arbitration provider] under its consumer rules, rather than in court. You and we each waive the right to a jury trial and to bring or join a class or representative action.
You may opt out of arbitration by emailing support@helpinghandsseniorhomecaresvcs.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable for any claim, that claim will proceed in court, not arbitration.
Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be replaced by an enforceable provision closest to its intent, and the rest remains in effect.
